The international school in southern India was developed on the concept of streets and plazas, where shaded street-like spill-outs between classroom blocks become extended learning spaces. They are adorned with various interactive elements as an aid for learning. Varying sizes of Plazas, one of which is proposed around an existing sheet rock on site, provide hierarchy in interactive spaces. All structure are scaled to not make them too intimidating for the children.
